The Problem
This appliance service was performed in Portola Valley. Service was scheduled for replacement of the freezer door rails and an attempt to replace the icemaker bracket.
Our Solution
The Sub-Zero freezer had damaged door rails, which were replaced. The icemaker bracket replacement was attempted, but the correct part was not available. Another icemaker or an icemaker part may need to be purchased before a return visit.
